Our task is to understand clearly what our members and clients want, and to deliver our services effectively and promptly.

Continuous improvement
SCY is committed to the on-going development of its employees. All staff are trained and encouraged to review and improve everything they do and everything they produce on a continuous basis.

We continually seek feedback and evaluation of our services.

It is the creativity, energy and integrity of our staff which guarantees a quality service to our members and clients. We make every effort to enable everyone within SCY to develop to their full potential and, in turn, to deliver such benefits derived to our members and clients.

THE STANDARDS OF SERVICE YOU CAN EXPECT

Contact with SCY
Our staff will clearly identify themselves in all correspondence and on first meeting. They will be courteous in their dealings with you and will adopt a professional approach at all times.

Response to enquiries
We seek to answer telephone calls promptly. If the first person you speak to is unable to deal with your enquiry, either your call will be transferred to the right person or we will arrange for that person to call you back as soon as possible.

We aim to deal with questions arising from telephone enquiries within two working days.

We aim to respond to correspondence from you (whether by letter, fax or email) in full within 10 working days. If a complete reply will take longer than this, we will send you an interim reply, letting you know why, when you can expect a full reply and giving you a contact name and telephone number.

Appointments
If you make an appointment we aim to see you on time. If for any reason we are likely to be delayed we will contact you as soon as possible, prior to the scheduled time of the appointment and, if necessary, reschedule any appointment at your earliest convenience if you are unable to accommodate a delayed start.

On first meeting, we will:

  • Fully explain the purpose of the meeting
  • Explore in detail your specific needs
  • Agree an action plan, clearly communicating next steps, to include the scheduling of required follow up meetings with you.

We will regularly monitor and review the service you have received and action any required improvement by regular follow up.
